A deteriorating 1945 single-car garage — torn down and rebuilt from the foundation as a fully finished 2.5-car structure. Northgrain managed every phase: demolition, construction, and full interior finishing. Features Wi-Fi garage door openers, an EV-ready electrical panel, full insulation, and new driveway and landscaping.
