James has been in the construction industry since 2010 — from high-rise builds to residential renovations. Northgrain was founded in 2019 to bring that depth of experience to homeowners across Northeast Ohio.
The mission hasn't changed: deliver renovations defined by precision, transparency, and craftsmanship that lasts. Every project is led personally by James, from first conversation through final walkthrough.
